Captivate Medical Wellness is located at 50 W 17th St, Suite 1218 — in the heart of Manhattan's Flatiron District, between Fifth and Sixth Avenue and just north of Union Square. The location places physician-led aesthetic care within easy reach of Chelsea, Gramercy, Greenwich Village, and Midtown South. We are now booking consultations ahead of our Summer 2026 opening.
